Signs of Mental Health Conditions in Women
Mental health conditions don’t just put someone in a bad mood; it affects every aspect of their lives including their physical and social wellbeing. Ultimately, the clearest sign that someone needs treatment is an inability to function in life. Our Mental Health Programming
We provide on-site evidence based treatment in group and individual settings at our Orange County women’s rehab facility. Our therapeutic offerings include academic and skills training. These offerings equip women with confidence, passion, knowledge and purpose that they may have lost before seeking help. Another pillar of the Rising Roads experience is community. At our center, women build strong bonds with other women – maybe for the first time in their lives. We have found that through shared experiences, our clients forage lifelong friendships and establish their own support networks.
Women emerge from our mental health programs capable of functioning in their daily lives, stay motivated for academic or career endeavors and maintain close friendships built in treatment.
Individualized Treatment Plans
At Rising Roads, our program hinges on evaluating what each woman needs to heal. This means that each client receives a mental health treatment plan tailored to her specific needs and diagnoses. Our therapists are trained in a variety of proven treatment techniques that, including:
- Eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR)
- Accelerated resolution therapy (ART)
- Dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT)
